The mission of Desert Star Addiction Recovery Center is to provide compassionate treatment, support, and education to those seeking recovery from substance use, trauma, and mental health issues.

We assist individuals in living a life of purpose and meaning. Desert Star commits to earning the trust and respect of our community by providing effective, compassionate, evidence-based treatment, embracing compassion, integrity, and generosity. We aim to empower individuals on their journey towards lasting recovery and a brighter future.

Treatment at Desert Star Addiction Recovery Center in Tucson, Arizona provides clients with the opportunity to heal from addiction, substance use, or mental health disorders on a flexible schedule that does not interrupt their lives or responsibilities. Our facility offers a structured, supportive, healthy environment for individuals taking part in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. Over the course of their time in treatment, clients can expect to be introduced to and practice the skills of Mindfulness, Setting Boundaries, Relapse Prevention, and an introduction to the 12 Step/AA community.
